Director / Senior Director FSP Operational Delivery Lead - Remote based in the US

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple FSP portfolios
• Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for operational effectiveness
• Serve as executive operational lead for key partnerships
• Manage complex escalations and organizational risks
• Drive revenue growth and account expansion initiatives
• Implement digital technologies and promote innovative operating models

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
• 12+ years experience in relevant field
• 5+ years in management roles
• Strong leadership skills
• Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements and medical terminology
