Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Partner with the RVP to develop and implement training schedules for new and existing sales representatives.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Select Sales talent.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions.
- Drive creativity, innovation, and consistency in sales opportunities, processes, and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to negotiate and close strategic, high-value deals.
- Create and implement activity-based KPIs to support consistent funnel growth and sales execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and visibility into sales performance.
- Partner with operations, finance, technical resources, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Align Select Sales strategies with organizational objectives, growth priorities, and evolving market conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, ideally with Managed Services background.
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading high-performance teams within Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales quotas in competitive, high-growth environments.
- Strong ability to develop, communicate, and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create, manage, and analyze KPIs and sales performance metrics.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and training sales professionals.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen.
- Regional travel across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida may be required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours depending on business needs.
