Director, Security Operations Center

Responsibilities

• Oversee US SOC operations to ensure alignment with cybersecurity strategy
• Lead responses to cybersecurity events for appropriate analysis and communication
• Act as a liaison with senior leadership for incident impacts and recommendations
• Partner to optimize SIEM/SOAR alerting logic and development of playbooks
• Guide analyst growth through training and foster a culture of improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including SOC leadership
• 2+ years of experience leading large, distributed technical teams
• Expertise with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and cloud-native security tools
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills
