Responsibilities
- Oversee US SOC operations to ensure alignment with cybersecurity strategy
- Lead responses to cybersecurity events for appropriate analysis and communication
- Act as a liaison with senior leadership for incident impacts and recommendations
- Partner to optimize SIEM/SOAR alerting logic and development of playbooks
- Guide analyst growth through training and foster a culture of improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including SOC leadership
- 2+ years of experience leading large, distributed technical teams
- Expertise with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and cloud-native security tools
- Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills
