Director, Security Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Security Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of security operations, with a strong emphasis on SOC performance, incident response, and continuous improvement. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders and technical teams to strengthen operational standards, improve detection capabilities, and enhance the organization's overall security posture. The ideal candidate will bring deep cybersecurity expertise and the leadership presence needed to guide a high-performing team through complex events and evolving threats.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity or related fields

• Operational knowledge of security telemetry and SIEM tools
