Provides professional leadership for the department in order to fulfill its mission of having a safe, secure and protected environment for its customers, employees and visitors. Maintains working knowledge of loss prevention/detection and protection of persons/assets. Provides administrative oversight of operations at assigned facilities. Assures that operations are compliant with applicable federal, state and local ordinances and regulatory agency standards. We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe a summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content belongs where. The posting includes: - Department info: Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center - Public Safety, Full time, Benefits Eligible Yes, Hours Per Week 40, Schedule Details/Additional Information M-f, Pay Range $63.45 - $95.20. - Then a paragraph: "Provides professional leadership for the department in order to fulfill its mission of having a safe, secure and protected environment for its customers, employees and visitors. Maintains working knowledge of loss prevention/detection and protection of persons/assets. Provides administrative oversight of operations at assigned facilities. Assures that operations are compliant with applicable federal, state and local ordinances and regulatory agency standards." - Then "Essential Functions" list: bullet-like items: Oversees all responsibility for the staffing functions and programs at assigned facilities such as: screening, hiring, education and retraining of personnel, competency evaluations, performance reviews, job descriptions, work schedule and time cards, wage and salary application, promotions to promote service excellence. Provides professional leadership in the development of operational improvement processes and the reporting of those activities within assigned facilities impacting the System. Assists with preparation and implementation of annual budgets in keeping with budget parameters. Develops and implements the security policies and procedures to help assure departmental compliance with organizational goals; applicable federal, state, and local ordinances; and regulatory agency standards. Evaluates all assigned System properties assessing risk, based on internal and external activity. Reports security audits with recommendations to assigned facility administrators. Provides Executive Protection for the System both as a leader and as a team member. Lead project teams consisting of a wide range of personnel in all facets of security. - Then "Physical Requirements": Must be mobile throughout the entire hospital campus and/or System properties as well as in patient care areas. Faces exposure to combative patients, fire and other hazardous situations. Has responsibility to work in a safe and effective manner. - Then "Education, Experience And Certifications": Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in Management preferred. 5 years experience in leadership level position required. 2 years experience in security management preferred. - Then "Our Commitment to You": Advocate Health offers a comprehensive suite of Total Rewards: benefits and well-being programs, competitive compensation, generous retirement offerings, programs that invest in your career development and so much more – so you can live fully at and away from work, including: Compensation Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or trainingPremium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's jobIncentive pay for select positionsOpportunity for annual increases based on performance Benefits And More Paid Time Off programsHealth and welfare benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, andShort- and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expensesFamily benefits such as adoption assistance and paid parental leaveDefined contribution retirement plans with employer match and other financial wellness programsEducational Assistance Program Note: Eligibility for programs listed above may depend on your FTE or status (e.g., full-time, part-time, per diem, temporary, etc.); please ask a Recruiter for more information during an interview. - Then "About Advocate Health": description of the organization. - Then repeated paragraph again (duplicate) at end. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. There's duplicate paragraph at end; we should remove duplicate. We need to produce sections only if real specific content. Let's map: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph describing the role's purpose. That seems appropriate. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" list (the duties). Could be responsibilities. - Requirements: Education, Experience And Certifications. - Qualifications: Might overlap with requirements; but we could treat "Education, Experience And Certifications" as Qualifications. However we need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes (essential functions). - Requirements: maybe we can put education/experience as Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe we could also include "Physical Requirements" as Qualifications? But Physical Requirements is more about ability; could be under Requirements or Qualifications. However we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings; we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put education/experience under Requirements, and physical requirements under Qualifications (or Skills). But physical requirements are not skills. Could be under Requirements as well. But we need to decide. We also have Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; but we could infer skills like leadership, budgeting, policy development, risk assessment, executive protection, project leadership. However the instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail. We should not create content not present. So we should not add a Skills section unless there is explicit skill list. The posting does not have a explicit "Skills" bullet list. So we should omit Skills section. Benefits: The "Our Commitment to You" includes benefits description. That is substantive. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: The posting includes Pay Range $63.45 - $95.20. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: The posting includes Hours Per Week 40, Schedule Details/Additional Information M-f. So we can include Schedule section. We also have "About Advocate Health" which is about the company, not the role. Could be considered "About the company" but not in the list of headings. The instruction only mentions those headings; we could omit it or maybe treat as "About the role"? But it's about the organization, not the role. The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It didn't forbid adding other headings not listed, but the examples given are those. Probably we should stick to those headings. The "About Advocate Health" is not required; we could omit it as it's not about the role. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit the About Advocate Health paragraph, we are losing substantive information about the employer. Is that considered substantive? It is about the company, not the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The About Advocate Health is not boilerplate; it's substantive info about the employer. Should we keep it? The heading list does not include a generic "About the company" but we could maybe put it under "About the role"? But that would be mixing role description with company description. However the instruction says "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule
