About the role
This position supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Form 10-K and 10-Q
- Support quarterly earnings release preparations and investor relations materials
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations for non-GAAP disclosures
- Conduct technical research on complex accounting topics and provide recommendations
- Draft and maintain global accounting policies and technical memos
- Keep stakeholders informed about accounting and reporting developments
- Support external auditors during audits and control the flow of information
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- CPA certification
- 8-10 years in public accounting, ideally from a Big 4 or large firm
- Experience in financial reporting for a large accelerated filer
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, GAAP principles, and technical accounting
- Proficiency in Workiva (Wdesk) and SAP systems
- Experience managing share-based compensation administration
Pay
$178,500 – $216,000 annually
