As a key member of the Cerence team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive voice technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the driving experience for millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced voice recognition systems.
• Develop and refine algorithms to improve natural language understanding and speech-to-text accuracy.
• Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the testing and validation of voice assistants, ensuring high-quality performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to inform product development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Experience with natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud-based services like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of audio signal processing and speech synthesis technologies.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position with standard business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for project deadlines.
