Director SEC Financial Reporting

Fully remote role with potential quarterly travel to Nashville.

Pay

Salary up to $162,000 base plus 15% bonus.

High-visibility leadership role with direct interaction with executive leadership, significant ownership, autonomy, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEC reporting process, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Serve as a technical accounting resource for complex accounting matters
• Review and enhance financial reporting processes
• Mentor accounting team members and support leadership initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in the insurance industry
• 9+ years of accounting experience
• 4+ years of SEC reporting experience
• Experience owning SEC filings and external reporting
