Responsibilities
- Lead controls, automation, and integration engineering efforts.
- Manage hiring, team development, utilization, budgets, and milestones.
- Oversee commissioning support, technical quality, and issue escalation.
- Improve documentation, workflows, and engineering consistency.
- Persist with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of automation, controls, or systems integration experience.
- 7+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong experience with industrial control systems and technical project execution.
