Director (RN) Quality

Department/Unit Summary

The Director of Quality directs quality initiatives for the organization. Primary oversight of the facility-wide Patient Safety Program. Leadership role will direct others within the facility towards process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• MSN preferred
• At least 7 years' experience in Nursing with at least 3 years as a Director/Manager
• Previous RN Director level experience preferred
• Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) within 1 year of hire date
