About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new benefits technologies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive benefits packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging needs and opportunities in the benefits space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems.
- Experience with product development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
