Strategic Leadership
Lead store marketing efforts and collaborate with the Field Organization (CRO, SVP Stores) to design and execute a customer-centric store marketing strategy.
Elevate customer engagement through tailored initiatives that encourage retention, shopping frequency, and omnichannel experiences.
Campaign Development
Conceptualize and implement in-store marketing strategies that drive traffic, spark product discovery, and optimize conversion.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Visual Marketing, Store Operations, CRM, Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing to deliver cohesive omnichannel campaigns.
Align in-store marketing initiatives with brand messaging and visual standards to ensure consistency.
Localized & National Execution
Simultaneously drive national, regional, and localized in-store marketing initiatives to cater to key markets and consumer demographics.
Develop and implement high-impact strategies for new store openings, driving awareness and traffic growth.
Manage relationships with mall management to secure brand-appropriate marketing assets available on behalf of each store to increase awareness and drive new customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the retail operations team to leverage the field to implement marketing priorities in store (Brand Campaigns, Strategic Merchandising and Business Priorities, Promotions, Email/SMS Acquisition goals, etc.)
- Partner with digital and CRM teams to integrate local and grand opening marketing initiatives across paid digital, email, and SMS channels.
Performance & Innovation
- Maintain a cutting-edge approach by monitoring industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Manage and drive key KPIs for this role including achieving customer file growth targets, driving the traffic plan, and delivering strong retail marketing performance across channels.
- Partner with the analytics team to design and evaluate retail tests, tracking objectives, metrics, and outcomes.
Budget Oversight
Own store marketing budget and develop incremental analysis to ensure efficient use of spend and present ROI findings in monthly executive meetings.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10–12 years of Retail Marketing experience, with a strong background in omnichannel strategies and brick-and-mortar retail expansion.
- Proven expertise in experiential marketing and creating immersive customer experiences that drive brand loyalty.
- Experience in marketing analytics and customer segmentation, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution and managing tradeoffs effectively.
- Ability to segment and manage a 350+ store portfolio—grouping like stores to drive efficiency, while recognizing and addressing unique needs to maximize performance across all tiers.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills—adept at leveraging dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to manage a diverse store portfolio while addressing unique market needs.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge & Passion: Deep understanding of the Windsor customer, her lifestyle, and shopping behaviors.
- Creative problem-solver and decision maker with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Travel Requirements: Domestic travel required to visit store locations and evaluate in-store marketing initiatives.
