SalesFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) (maybe "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have job description: Position, Reports to, Position Managed, Location, Department, Scope, Position Type. Those are metadata; we should not repeat job title as heading; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include a brief paragraph with location, department, etc. We have "About Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS)" which is about the organization; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic heading for role description. But we have a "Job Summary". Could treat that as "About the role". Or we could have "About the role" containing the job summary. Then "Responsibilities" for Major Responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" for Qualification Requirements. Then "Preferred Qualifications" maybe under "Skills"? Or we could have a separate "Skills" section for preferred qualifications? The instruction: use headings for e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: Job Summary (could be About the role). Major Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Qualification Requirements (Qualifications). Preferred Qualifications (maybe Skills). Also we have Salary Range (Pay). No explicit Benefits or Schedule. So we should not create Benefits or Schedule sections unless present. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Salary range is given: 135,000-155,000. So we can put that in Pay section. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the job description: About WCS paragraph, Job Summary, Major Responsibilities bullet points (but they are in paragraph form with semicolons). We need to convert to

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to parse the responsibilities into list items. Similarly qualifications into list items. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no

    Director, Research and Prospect Management

. We can include the position info in a short paragraph maybe. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is "WCS is an equal opportunity employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that. Also "EOE/AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled" remove. Also "Salary Range" we keep as Pay section. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

    [Job Summary paragraph]

But also we might include location/department etc in same paragraph? Could add a short p with location, department, position type. Better: After About the role heading, we can have a p that includes the job summary and maybe location etc. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include location etc in that p. Let's extract: Position: Director, Research and Prospect Management Reports to: Senior Director, Data Analytics and Operations Position Managed: Senior Research Analyst, Research Analyst Location: WCS Headquarters at the Bronx Zoo (hybrid in-person and remote) Department: Development Scope: Multi-Site Position Type: Full-Time We can combine into a paragraph: "This full-time, multi-site position is based at WCS Headquarters at the Bronx Zoo (hybrid in-person and remote) within the Development department. The Director reports to the Senior Director of Data Analytics and Operations and manages a team consisting of a Senior Research Analyst and a Research Analyst." That preserves all. Then About the role (job summary) separate? Actually job summary is separate paragraph after that. Could combine? But we need to keep all info; we can have two paragraphs: one for metadata, one for job summary. But the instruction: Use

    for prose. So multiple

okay. Now Responsibilities: we need to parse the "Major Responsibilities:" block into list items. Let's extract bullet points: - Portfolio Intelligence: Work with RMs to develop tailored, disciplined portfolio management and optimization strategies; continuously evaluate and improve those strategies as donor circumstances evolve. Use portfolio analytics to flag stagnant prospects, surface hidden major gift potential, and recommend strategic portfolio adjustments. - Prospect Identification & Research: Direct proactive and reactive identification of major, principal, institutional, and planned gift prospects through data mining, wealth screening, and creative research methodologies. • . Now Qualifications: "Qualification Requirements" block: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. - 7–10 years of progressive prospect research or advancement services experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a nonprofit or higher education institution. - Expertise in wealth analysis, capacity ratings, due diligence, and philanthropic trend analysis. - Proficiency with research tools (iWave, DonorSearch, WealthEngine, LexisNexis, RelSci, Foundation Directory Online) and fundraising CRMs. - Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. - Deep commitment to confidentiality, data privacy, and ethical research practice.
