We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include sections only if posting has real specific content. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting and extract sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements/Qualifications (education, experience, skills), Benefits (list), maybe Pay? Not given specific salary, just "competitive salary". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive salary" but not a number; that's still vague but maybe considered not specific enough? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "competitive salary" is vague but still a statement; is that considered filler? It's not a specific number, but it's still a statement about pay. The instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "competitive salary". That's a statement about pay, albeit not specific. Might be okay to include Pay section with that statement? However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to incorporate pay info into a paragraph under About the role or maybe a Benefits section? Benefits already listed. Pay could be its own section but might be thin. I'd consider not adding Pay section because it's not specific; better to omit. Schedule: mentions "in-office leadership position with travel required". That's schedule info: in-office, travel required. Could be a Schedule section. It's specific enough: in-office, travel required. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: they list a complete Benefits package including many items. So Benefits section. Responsibilities: many bullet-like paragraphs. We'll create a Responsibilities section with
  • items. Requirements/Qualifications: education, experience, skills, licenses. We'll create a Qualifications section (or Requirements). Use heading "Qualifications". Could also split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can combine. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove "Physical Demands" etc? The posting ends with "Physical Demands The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an empl" truncated. That's boilerplate; we should drop it. Also remove "Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of employment visas." That's substantive? It's a requirement about work authorization. Should we keep? It's a requirement. It's not boilerplate; it's a specific eligibility requirement. So we should keep it under Qualifications. Also "If you have what it takes to join our growing organization and want to be part of a dedicated team, please apply today." That's application instruction; remove. Also "In return, WGI provides a competitive salary and an outstanding work environment." That's pay/benefit; we already have competitive salary maybe. Also "WGI is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Now produce HTML. Structure:

In-office leadership position with travel required to support operations, projects, staff, clients, business development, and field activities.

We might also include a short paragraph about work authorization under Qualifications. Now extract the intro paragraph(s). The first paragraph: "WGI is seeking a Director, Remote Sensing to lead the operations and technical delivery of our Remote Sensing Department within the Geospatial Division. This position is responsible for the people, technology, equipment, processes, and quality systems necessary to successfully execute WGI's airborne remote sensing programs while engaging with leadership of our other Departments. The Director, Remote Sensing will provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership for the Remote Sensing Department. This individual is accountable for departmental performance, staff development, resource planning, technology and equipment strategy, quality, production capacity, and successful project delivery. The Director will maintain sufficient technical expertise to provide oversight, evaluate risk, support complex project decisions, and ensure appropriate technical leadership is available throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will lead a multidisciplinary team of sensor operators, LiDAR analysts, imagery and photogrammetric professionals, and other geospatial technical staff while coordinating closely with project managers, surveyors, GIS professionals, and other WGI disciplines. The Director will be responsible for developing scalable production processes, maintaining high standards for quality and consistency, optimizing staff and equipment utilization, and ensuring that WGI remains at the forefront of remote sensing technology. This is an in-office leadership position with travel required to support operations, projects, staff, clients, business development, and field activities. WGI is always looking for remarkable individuals to join our team and help us grow in our vision. If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!" We need to cut out the application invitation sentence at end? That's application instruction; remove. Also remove the "If you think you are an innovative..." sentence? That's also encouraging to apply; maybe considered boilerplate? It's a call to action; we should remove application instructions. So we should stop before that sentence. Let's keep up to "WGI is always looking for remarkable individuals to join our team and help us grow in our vision." Then stop. The next sentence is application instruction; drop. Thus About the Role paragraph(s) up to that point. Now Responsibilities: list of duties from "Operational Leadership:" through "Innovation:" and maybe also "Safety & Compliance:" etc. We'll extract each bullet.
