About the role

Director, Reconditioning Operations responsible for leading all aspects of the Reconditioning Center, including bottom line management, process management, performance management, and quality assurance resolution. Ensure the center meets goals and all vehicles reconditioned meet standards prior to being sent to retail locations for sale.
