Director - Real World Data (RWD) Strategy - Immunology

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for RWD in Immunology across product lifecycle
• Create a framework to quantify the value from RWD investments
• Define and track KPIs to enhance RWD decision-making
• Manage Immunology RWD inventory across multiple functions
• Conduct competitive intelligence on RWD strategies and emerging data sources
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data gaps and optimize RWD use
• Explore innovative RWD solutions and emerging methodologies

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) in a quantitative or health-related field
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with diverse RWD sources
• Knowledge of RWD partners tools and procurement processes
• Experience in drug development across the full product lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to leverage AI for RWD assessment and usage
• Demonstrated capacity for cross-functional alignment and influence
