Director, Rare Disease Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and policy compliance
• Instill a culture of quality and exceed expectations for patients, providers, and clients
• Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy or relevant pharmaceutical services
• 4+ years of management experience leading reimbursement teams
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, technology, and best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Prowess in analytical skills with a history of actionable data insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
