for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Position Summary (which could be About the role). Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Education And Experience (Qualifications/Requirements). Knowledge And Technical Qualifications (Skills). LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS maybe part of Requirements? Could be part of Qualifications. MEASURES OF SUCCESS maybe part of Responsibilities? Could be separate but not required. Physical / Work Requirements maybe part of Requirements. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule given. So we should not include those sections.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. The posting includes a lot of text; we need to format it.
We need to decide sections: About the role (Position Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities). Requirements (Education And Experience + Physical / Work Requirements maybe). Qualifications (Knowledge And Technical Qualifications). Skills (maybe Leadership Expectations and Measures of Success? But they are more like expectations). However we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could also include Leadership Expectations as part of Skills or Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections.
Let's extract content:
Position Summary paragraph: "The Director of Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory provides strategic leadership and governance for the organization's quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement programs. The Director establishes and maintains company-wide systems designed to ensure products are safe, compliant, consistently manufactured, and capable of meeting customer and company requirements. This position provides functional leadership across manufacturing locations and serves as a primary technical and regulatory resource to executive leadership, Operations, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial teams, and site Quality organizations. The role is expected to operate at the Advanced-to-Expert competency levels defined in the company Quality career development model."
Essential Duties And Responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences but not formatted as list. We need to convert to
- . We'll need to parse each duty. The text includes many sentences separated by periods. We could split by sentences that start with capital letters after a period? Might be easier to treat each sentence as a list item. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep as paragraphs? The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn the duties into list items.
Similarly Education And Experience: multiple sentences; we can list as
- .
Knowledge And Technical Qualifications: list.
LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS: could be part of Skills or Qualifications; but we could make a Skills section with that content.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS: maybe also Skills.
Physical / Work Requirements: could be part of Requirements.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's extract each section's content.
I'll copy the text and manually split.
