Director, Qualitative Program Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Qualitative Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the delivery of qualitative research programs for enterprise technology clients, serving as a strategic partner on complex engagements. The Director will translate client needs into actionable recommendations while ensuring projects are executed with consistency, clarity, and strong operational discipline. This position will also build effective frameworks, manage risk, and coordinate across internal teams to keep multi-market programs on track and aligned to client expectations.
