About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand awareness
• Cultivate relationships with key media and industry influencers
• Manage PR agencies and coordinate ongoing communications
• Plan and execute events such as product launches and promotions
• Collaborate with leadership to define compelling brand positioning
• Create consistent messaging across consumer touchpoints
• Oversee marketing campaign development to boost sales and brand affinity
• Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
• Foster creativity and accountability within the marketing team
• Lead and mentor team members for professional development

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand marketing and PR, particularly in D2C retail
• Proven success in large-scale retail brand executions
• Strong media relationships with a successful PR campaign track record
• Experience with premium/luxury brands in omnichannel settings
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in celebrity and influencer partnerships
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace respect and inclusion
• Passion for sustainability and social responsibility
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
