About the role
This role is a front-line sales leader, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, and carries the P&L for one-half of the country.
Responsibilities
- Direct training, coaching, and direction of Remote Temperature Monitoring Specialists and any potential future roles in the region.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs for each territory.
- Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
- Analyzes regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
- Safeguards the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports corporate goals.
- Recruits and hires team members, leading to a successful and positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 7 years outside business-to-business, medical, or pharmaceutical sales with a documented track record of success is required.
- Minimum 5 years as a successful people leader with a documented record of success.
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management with product lines in the VA business.
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in changing needs and situations.
- Ability to develop and implement solutions, from strategy to deliverables.
- Existing VA relationships are highly desired.
- Proven ability to build a Team and relationships from scratch.
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
