Director - Provider Contracts & Compensation

About the role

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a highly detailed Director – Provider Compensation & Contracts to join our team. In this role, you will have overall accountability for the development, assessment and administration of all IHA provider compensation models and physician contracts.

Responsibilities

• Directs provider compensation and contracts department functions.
• Provides guidance and direction for other members of the Finance Team and IHA leadership.
• Coordinates with VP-Provider Compensation and Contracts and executive leadership team on all aspects of existing and future programs.
• Designs, develops and implements new compensation programs.
• Oversees physician workforce growth requests.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree, with bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or other relevant degree.
• Credentials/Licensure: None
• Minimum Experience: 5 or more years’ prior leadership experience. Hands-on experience in provider compensation, contracts, physician relations, provider recruiting, finance or other relevant function within a healthcare industry with background in the development and administrations of variable compensation plans.
