Director, Project Management - Product Solutions Organization

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $206,000 – $235,100 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large teams to drive complex projects and programs
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in dynamic environments
• Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery while managing risk
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers for strategic thought partnership
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders for effective delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of People Management experience
• Product Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
