Director, Project Management - Partnerships (Hybrid)

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Mclean, VA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to drive complex projects by providing strategic direction
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a dynamic environment
• Lead the intake and prioritization of project management support requests
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery while managing risk
• Partner cross-functionally to provide strategic thought partnership
• Lead the launch and conversion of new partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key business initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• 4+ years of People Management experience

Preferred:

• Masters Degree or MBA
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Pay

$206,000 – $235,100 annually
