Director, Project & Change Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Project & Change Management to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive project management and strategic coordination across a division, helping bring clarity to priorities, risks, and expected outcomes. The Director will serve as a central point of alignment for cross-functional transformation efforts and will shape the operating cadence for senior leaders. The position also plays a key role in setting communication strategy for major initiatives and organizational change. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the project management and strategic coordination framework for the ingredients division. Create visibility into divisional priorities, risks, and expected outcomes across initiatives. Serve as the central coordination point for major cross-functional priorities and transformation efforts. Design and lead the operating rhythm for the Senior Leadership Team, including meetings and strategic planning sessions. Set the communication strategy for major initiatives and organizational changes. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in program or portfolio management, change management, or business operations. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred. 5+ years of experience leading a PMO or similar governance function. Proven ability to advise senior executives and translate priorities into actionable strategies. Strong communication skills to convey complex strategies clearly and effectively.
