Position Summary The Director Program, Sourcing NPI & Qualifications is responsible for coordinating and driving New Product Introduction and supplier qualification programs from initiation through production approval. This role manages schedules, milestones, risks, and cross-functional actions across Engineering, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Finance, and external suppliers. The Program Manager provides clear visibility to leadership and ensures projects follow the established qualification process. Reports To: VP Sourcing Work Location: 300 Executive Center Dr, Suite 101, Greenville SC, 29615 ; 6401 North Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041 ; 11141 Overbrook Rd #202, Leawood, KS 66211 ; 2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301 or Remote United States Position Responsibilities Manage the portfolio of active NPI, second-source, and supplier qualification projects. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Coordinate cross-functional activities and lead regular program reviews. Ensure required stage-gate deliverables are completed before projects advance. Track supplier readiness, tooling, samples, FAI, PPAP, testing, and production approval. Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain the master NPI and qualification tracker and executive dashboard. Coordinate qualification costs, tooling commitments, and supplier milestone payments. Support continuous improvement and digital integration of the NPI process, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program management, NPI, supply chain, supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering. Experience leading cross-functional programs in a complex manufacturing environment. Strong scheduling, risk-management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with APQP, PPAP, FAI, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 preferred. Gas turbine, aerospace, power generation, or heavy industrial experience preferred. Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
