Job Summary The Director Program Design and Operations is responsible for multiple lines of business program operations supporting Office of Health Impact objectives meeting all contractual and accreditation compliance requirements. The role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating program and operational data into actionable, insight-driven strategies that improve performance, inform decision-making, drive innovation, and advance health impact outcomes across multiple lines of business. Work Arrangement Monday through Friday 8:30am EST to 5:00 pm ESTRemote role requiring travel up to 15% to markets or our corporate campus in Newtown Square, PA. Responsibilities Develop standardized program implementation frameworks, tools, and operating procedures. Drive operational readiness for new health impact initiatives and contractual requirements. Partner with analytics teams to establish dashboards, KPIs, and outcome measurement methodologies. Manage program risks, dependencies, resource needs, and implementation timelines. Serves as a senior thought leader for business processes, developing forward-thinking prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels. Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration or similar concentration required. Master's Degree preferred.
