Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for gaming-related offerings
• Identify market opportunities and trends to drive innovation
• Develop strategic recommendations and investment proposals
• Build business requirements that translate market needs into product initiatives
• Prioritize the product portfolio based on commercial and regulatory factors
• Establish product success metrics and accountability frameworks
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Over 12 years of experience in product management or strategic leadership in gaming technology
• 7+ years managing product or cross-functional business teams
• Extensive experience in regulated online gaming, iGaming, or sports betting
• Demonstrated experience translating market opportunities into actionable product initiatives
• Proven track record in directing cross-functional projects across various business units
• Strong understanding of U.S. regulated online casino and sports betting markets
