Director Product Management - Workflows & AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute customer-centric product strategies for AI and workflow solutions
• Identify and capitalize on high-impact opportunities for innovative AI solutions with customers
• Lead AI and workflows initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring smooth execution
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other teams to deliver reliable and scalable product experiences
• Monitor market trends to identify differentiation opportunities and drive customer value

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in a related technical field
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ in senior product leadership roles in SaaS
• Experience shipping AI-enabled, data-driven, automation, or platform products in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of modern AI concepts like LLMs, agents, and automation
• Proven ability to lead and develop product teams effectively

Pay

$190,000 – $275,000 annually
