Director Product Management - AI

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Director of Product Management - AI to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and multi-year strategy for AI-enabled data products
• Oversee delivery alignment across multiple teams, ensuring product strategy execution
• Establish product management practices for enterprise data products based on data-as-a-product principles
• Drive the development of AI-powered analytics capabilities for business insights
• Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years in Product Management or related fields with a strong focus on data and AI products
• 5+ years of leadership experience with Product Managers and managing product portfolios
• Proven track record in defining product strategy and measurable business outcomes
• Strong experience in Agile environments and cross-functional team leadership

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
