Director, Product Management - Secret Server/Vault

For a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Director of Product Management to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution for the Secret Server/Vault product line.

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning for product direction and solutions
• Manage the vault roadmap for secrets and credential management
• Ensure architecture decisions meet enterprise high availability needs
• Analyze the competitive landscape for investment opportunities
• Define product pricing and positioning for SaaS delivery
• Lead and mentor the product management team in agile practices
• Evangelize the product line to key stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
• Build alliances with strategic customers for future innovation
• Support marketing initiatives for sales enablement materials

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with a solid history of launching B2B software
• Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Cybersecurity experience with knowledge of attack techniques
• Strong SaaS product delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies
• Experience with secrets management or security infrastructure

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
