Spend real time with compounding pharmacies. Use research, data, direct customer contact, and AI-assisted insights to find the highest-value problems. Communicate product changes and modernization progress to customers and customer-facing teams in plain, trust-building language.
Outcomes and Trade-offs
Own the product-side levers for adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction—partnering closely with sales and customer success. Make hard trade-offs between technical debt, platform investment, and new features—be transparent about them. Partner on GTM readiness and feature rollout to ensure what ships actually lands.
Stakeholder Alignment and Data Use
Keep executives and cross-functional leaders aligned on strategy, sequencing, risk, and trade-offs. Define and track KPIs across modernization health—performance, reliability, usability, and delivery predictability. Use AI tools as a genuine productivity edge across discovery, documentation, and prioritization—extend that mindset to how the team works.
