Director, Product Management - Network Product and Platforms
About the Team
We partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money. We are responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms. This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs. You may work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
- Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
- Mclean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
- Riverwoods, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
Schedule
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
