Director, Product Management - Insulation
About the role
The Director, Product Management - Insulation is accountable for defining and delivering the portfolio strategy and market position of the insulation business. Reporting to the VP/GM, this role operates as a key business leader with full ownership of portfolio direction—driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and share gain through disciplined strategy, innovation, and execution. This leader will accelerate the transformation from product-based offerings to systems and solutions, ensuring the portfolio is aligned to customer needs, market opportunities, and enterprise priorities. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and decisive ownership of portfolio investment, lifecycle management, and go-to-market alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (Required)
- MBA or advanced degree (Preferred)
- 8+ years in Product management, Marketing, or business leadership roles
- Proven experience managing complex product portfolios and driving growth
- Customer-centric mindset with strong market insight capability
- Leadership and talent development
- Cross-functional collaboration and execution discipline
- Experience with Stage-Gate and innovation processes

Pay
The national pay range for this position is $165,500 to $264,500 per year. Base pay may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus with a targeted amount of 24% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $205,200 to $327,900.
