Director, Product Management - Head of Field Product (Business Cards & Payments)
About the role
At BC&P, we bring a builder's mindset to work, just like the business owners we serve. Small businesses are a different kind of customer. They're the people turning ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into livelihoods. When we build for them, we build something bigger. That's why we have a high bar for quality. We own the work end to end, turning today's insights into tomorrow's results, together. We're relentlessly curious. We ask the hard questions. We make space for the best ideas to win. Because that's how we create impact we can be proud of.
In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
This Director of Product will shape the future of sales technology by driving our exciting Field Product agenda. Leading an outcome-focused product team, this Director will pioneer and launch cutting-edge, AI-native products from the ground up. Our ambitious goal is to empower a best-in-market sales team that outperforms both nimble fintechs and established incumbents. To achieve this, the position centers on building a highly effective go-to-market machine that delivers an unparalleled, frictionless experience for our field sales associates.
