Director, Product Management - Hardware
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have job description: Position Description paragraph about role. That could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: bullet list of duties (What You'll Be Doing). Then requirements: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years PM, 5+ years leading PMs, demonstrated success managing complex hardware portfolios. That's qualifications. Preferred qualifications could be separate but we can combine into Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: About the role (position description). Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing). Requirements (Bachelor's degree etc). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe not explicit but could infer from responsibilities: product strategy, leadership, etc. But we should not invent. If no explicit skills list, we should not create Skills section. Benefits: not mentioned. Pay: Compensation Range: $170K - $190K. That's pay. So we can include Pay section with that range. Schedule: not mentioned (remote location but not schedule). So omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, interview process, accommodations, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Position Location: Remote - New York, Texas, ..."? That's location info; maybe we could include as part of About the role? But location is not a heading; we could embed in a short
under About the role. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short p. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location info somewhere. Could add a paragraph after About the role: "Position Location: Remote - New York, Texas, Philadelphia, Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois". That's substantive. Also "Reports To Senior Director, Hardware". That's also metadata; include in same p. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The title is Director of Product Management; we shouldn't repeat as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, interview process, accommodations, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated lines: The responsibilities list includes some items that are also in qualifications (like strong understanding, experience building business cases, excellent communication, proven ability). Those are actually from the "What You'll Be Doing" section after the bullet list? Let's re-examine original text: Under "What You'll Be Doing" there are headings: Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership, Drive-Thru Business Ownership, Product Team Leadership, Product Development & Execution, Financial & Business Performance. Under each there are paragraphs. At the end of Financial & Business Performance paragraph there is: "Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and go-to-market execution. Experience building business cases and managing products with P&L responsibility. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Proven ability to lead through influence across cross-functional organizations." Those are more like skills/qualifications but they appear under Financial & Business Performance. Could treat them as responsibilities (they are part of the role). It's okay to keep them under Responsibilities. But we also have a separate list of qualifications (Preferred). So we might duplicate some content if we also put those under Responsibilities. However the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep those statements somewhere. If we put them under Responsibilities, we keep them. If we also put them under Qualifications, we would duplicate. Better to keep them only once. Since they appear under Financial & Business Performance, which is part of responsibilities, we can keep them there. The Preferred Qualifications list is separate; we should keep that. Thus we need to adjust Responsibilities list to include those items as bullet points. Let's extract responsibilities from the headings: Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: - Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for PAR's Drive-Thru product portfolio. - Define and execute long-term growth strategies for next-generation Drive-Thru solutions and supporting ecosystems. - Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines, balancing innovation, customer demand, revenue growth, margin performance, and operational feasibility. - Leverage AI tools to synthesize customer and market insights, accelerate product requirements and roadmap analysis, and improve portfolio decision-making. Product Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop the Hardware Product Management team. - Establish scalable product management processes, tools, and best practices. - Drive accountability, prioritization, and execution across the product organization. - Create career development plans and succession strategies for Product Managers. - Foster a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and execution-focused culture. Product Development & Execution: - Partner closely with Engineering and Project Management to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software-enabled solutions. - Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment. - Ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with customer and business objectives. - Participate in go-to-market planning and launch readiness activities. - Act as the voice of the customer and business throughout product development.
