Team Overview
As part of the Global Payments Network Product team, you will collaborate on transforming how millions of customers interact with their finances. You will be responsible for enhancing the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across various platforms. This involves working with diverse teams including Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Digital, Backoffice, Pricing, Risk, and Go-to-Market to improve customer journeys and implement solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Spearheading the transformation of E2E testing governance across the Global Payments Network
- Championing a cross-functional quality framework centered on robust testing governance and an integrated environment strategy with tech partners
- Defining data usage and transmission needs to ensure the Global Payment Network user journeys are well-managed
- Leveraging a shift-left mindset to drive quality through proactive governance and product strategy
- Leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transforming E2E testing governance
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
- Excellence in leveraging technology for innovation

Pay & Benefits
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:
- Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100
- Mclean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900
- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100
- Riverwoods, IL: $209,500 - $239,100
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
