Team Overview
As part of the Global Payments Network Product team, you will collaborate on transforming how millions of customers interact with their finances. You will be responsible for enhancing the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across various platforms. This involves working closely with teams like Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Digital, Backoffice, Pricing, Risk, and Go-to-Market to improve customer journeys and meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Spearheading the transformation of E2E testing governance across the Global Payments Network
- Championing a cross-functional quality framework that includes robust governance around testing
- Driving an integrated environment strategy with tech partners
- Defining data usage and transmission needs to manage the Global Payment Network user journeys
- Leveraging a shift-left mindset to ensure quality through proactive governance and product strategy
- Leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and align organizational efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transforming testing governance
- Leadership in cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to drive innovation and resilience in product solutions
