Responsibilities
Lead consumer growth and engagement strategy at ClassPass.
Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-release optimization.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers.
Build strong relationships with partner businesses, gather feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and managing PMs.
A strong track record building high quality consumer products.
Deep experience with consumer mobile apps and consumer growth and engagement funnel optimization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, query, and interpret data independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across functions and with data science.
Sharp product intuition grounded in user feedback and data.
Experience working in agile, full-stack product teams from discovery through delivery.
Comfort using modern product tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $200 to 250,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
