Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Own product roadmaps and lifecycle management activities, from concept and development through commercialization and post-market support.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into actionable product requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Lead cross-functional decision-making and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Build business cases, prioritize investments, and define product portfolio strategies.
- Support global product launches and commercialization activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of product management processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated product development industries.
- Current or recent experience leading product strategy and roadmap development at a senior management, associate director, director, or equivalent level.
- Proven success bringing complex products from concept through commercialization.
- Strong understanding of regulated product development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with connected medical devices, digital health technologies, software-enabled products, or healthcare platforms.
- Experience supporting global markets and product launches.
- Advanced degree and/or MBA.
- Track record of introducing new products, features, or capabilities that drove measurable business impact.
- Experience working within Class II or Class III regulated product environments.
