Director, Product Management
About the role
At Phreesia, we're transforming the healthcare experience through intelligent technology that helps patients connect with care more easily and helps providers operate more efficiently. As a Director of Product Management, you'll lead our portfolio of payment collection and processing solutions, shaping the strategy, execution, and evolution of products that help healthcare organizations achieve stronger financial outcomes. In this leadership role, you'll help modernize patient payments, improve collections, reduce friction, and shape the future of how millions of patients pay for care. Success in this role requires equal parts vision, leadership, and execution. - Analyze competition and determine features and positioning to offer best-in-class products to our customers.
- Track product and business metrics to drive outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment using an Agile development methodology.

- Experience with creating and integrating payment APIs/SDKs, including hosted payment options, NFC/EMV, and P2PE is a plus.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep interest in user experience, creating and analyzing products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
