About the role

Advises teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis for multiple product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and anticipating and responding to industry shifts and competitive challenges. Oversees teams in identifying and capitalizing on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. Leads internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions. Directs the product lifecycle from planning to release and empowers team members to maintain and evolve roadmaps for a wide range of products/features.

Responsibilities

  • Product Analysis – Market Analysis: Coordinates teams to conduct market research and analysis, enabling teams to evaluate complex data patterns across multiple portfolios and prioritize high-value initiatives.
  • Product Analysis – Solution Identification: Oversees teams in identifying and capitalizing on customers' unmet needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements, integrating these insights into the broader business strategy.
  • Product Ownership – Product Development and Road mapping: Directs the planning, execution, and release processes for the organization’s product lifecycle, aligning with long-term strategic business goals.
  • Product Ownership – Product Leadership and Influence: Obtains alignment with key stakeholders to define and drive product direction consistent with the company's vision, business goals, and customer needs.
  • Alignment and Collaboration: Maintains alignment across business units, ensuring seamless integration of insights and fostering high-level communication channels to drive success.
  • Customer-Centricity: Proactively monitors teams advocating for customers and integrating feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Product Release – Go-to-Market: Oversees and coordinates delivery for the field team, ensuring accuracy of materials and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

Pay

Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 - $306,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Schedule

Full-time position, with a standard work schedule.
