Responsibilities
- Define and execute hub product strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and business growth objectives.
- Establish a journey-centric product model focused on patients, providers, and life sciences clients.
- Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap linked to measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Translate market, client, provider, and patient insights into competitive product strategies with internal teams and vendor partners.
- Accountable for measuring and improving outcomes, not merely driving product features.
- Lead prioritization across patient, provider, and client journeys.
- Resolve competing priorities and investment decisions.
- Ensure integrated teams are aligned across touchpoints.
- Partner with cross-functional enterprise teams to maximize scale, automation, and enterprise value.
- Partner with Growth, Client Services, and Life Sciences customers to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead client innovation discussions and roadmap validation.
- Represent the product organization with executive client stakeholders.
- Drive differentiated capabilities that create competitive advantage.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of product managers.
- Establish product management disciplines, governance, and KPI accountability.
- Foster a culture of customer obsession, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships across operations, technology, analytics, and commercial teams.
- Maintain accountability for product-driven financial outcomes, including revenue growth, contribution margin improvement, and cost-to-serve optimization.
- Monitor and manage product portfolio performance against revenue, profitability, utilization, and operational efficiency targets.
- Drive decisions regarding investment allocation, product enhancements, automation opportunities, and resource prioritization to maximize enterprise value.
- Identify opportunities to improve economics through workflow automation, AI enablement, operational efficiency, and increased adoption of scalable platform capabilities.
- Partner with Growth and Account Management teams to support client expansion, solution differentiation, and new business opportunities.
- Evaluate market opportunities and investment scenarios to balance growth, risk, and profitability.
- Own financial performance across the Hub product portfolio, ensuring product investments deliver measurable business value and profitability.
- Align product investments with revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and enterprise strategic priorities.
- Develop business cases for major initiatives, including expected ROI, revenue impact, implementation costs, and value realization plans.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience in consumer product management, hub service product development, specialty pharmacy products, patient access solutions, or clinical trials product development.
- 5+ years leading product managers or cross-functional product teams.
- Experience developing and owning strategic initiatives tied to revenue, operational performance, or customer experience outcomes.
- Strong executive communication and influence skills.
- Experience operating in highly regulated healthcare product environments.
- Experience owning or influencing a business unit, product portfolio, or service line P&L.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, ROI analysis, and profitability management.
- Demonstrated success balancing customer experience improvements with financial and operational performance goals.
Skills
- Deep expertise in manufacturer hub services, patient support programs, healthcare operations, and product management solutions for life sciences organizations.
- Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data analytics to develop product strategies, prioritize investments, and drive roadmap execution.

$168,000 - $231,000 per year
Schedule
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.
