About The Team
As part of the Core HR Experiences Product team, you will:
- Lead product strategy and delivery covering the Benefits, Compensation, Payroll & HR Services for Capital One associates.
- Take a broad view of both external, market-leading data, analytics, and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap for our Core HR products.
- Lead a team of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
- Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks.
- Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
- Mclean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
Schedule
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
