Responsibilities
- Identify and launch AI features delivering quantifiable business value.
- Design and ship automated workflows that measurably reduce manual effort or system latency.
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Business teams to manage the full model lifecycle, including defining training data, evaluating model performance, and handling technical trade-offs.
- Partner with risk and compliance functions to implement AI ethics and compliance guardrails, particularly concerning data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Use specialized AI metrics to refine features and optimize the product roadmap post-launch.
Requirements
- A focus on Strategic Outcomes: Proven ability to deliver AI features with measurable business impact.
- Operational Automation: Success in automating workflows using LLMs, RPA, or APIs to significantly reduce manual effort or system latency.
- Technical Execution: Experience managing the entire model lifecycle, from defining training data to handling technical trade-offs.
- Responsible Innovation: Track record of working with risk and compliance teams to implement AI ethics and compliance measures, especially in data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Demonstrated use of specialized AI metrics to continuously improve product features and roadmap post-launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field with 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
