About the role
The Director, Product is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that enhance compliance and governance within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory and compliance needs.
- Lead product design and development processes to ensure products are compliant and adhere to industry standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on products, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including regulators and compliance departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/flexible environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Pay
Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 annually.
