About the role

The Director, Product is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that enhance compliance and governance within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Lead product design and development processes to ensure products are compliant and adhere to industry standards.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on products, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including regulators and compliance departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/flexible environment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Pay

Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 annually.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with a mix of remote and in-office work.
