The (USA) Director, Product Development leads the management of complex product lifecycles, ensuring alignment with customer needs and quality standards through collaboration with internal and external partners. What you'll do
Leading a team of product developers that lead Member's Mark product lifecycle management by developing, monitoring, and managing product specifications to meet quality and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout product development.
Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze trends to inform product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement business strategies, financial models, and cost reduction plans to optimize performance and profitability.
Manage large-scale projects, providing updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across product development and delivery processes.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Application development experience with emphasis on VBA and SQL programming languages, Creative design software, Cross-functional project management, Financial modeling, Manufacturing, product development, or packaging, Microsoft Office
