About the role

The Director, Product is responsible for leading product development and strategy across multiple regions. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development
• Lead product management initiatives and ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions
• Manage product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and user value
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related field
• Proven track record of successful product launches and growth
• Experience managing remote teams and working in diverse regional environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
