About the role

As a Director of Product, you will lead the product development and management efforts for a cutting-edge technology company. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, overseeing the design and development process, and ensuring that products meet customer needs and market demands. You will also manage a team of product managers and designers to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches
  • Lead a team of product managers and designers to foster innovation and drive product success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
