Director, Population Health Impact, Remote

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of healthcare equity strategies and initiatives
• Analyze data to identify and address disparities in clinical outcomes
• Develop and scale innovative models of care delivery focused on equity
• Create supportive decision frameworks for clinical leaders on equity initiatives
• Drive stakeholder engagement and the execution of performance improvement programs
• Monitor and report on healthcare equity performance and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in service and improve equity metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 12+ years of progressive clinical experience with a focus on healthcare equity
• 5+ years leading healthcare equity focused clinical quality programs
• Formal training in public health, epidemiology, or data analytics preferred
• Lean Six Sigma/Program or Project Management certification preferred

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
